Equipment

  • Baking Sheet or Pizza Pan

Ingredients

Cinnamon-Sugar Topping

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Vanilla Glaze

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough onto the prepared baking sheet, pressing the seams together to form a round or rectangular pizza shape.
  • In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Brush melted butter over the dough, then generously sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the dough is cooked through. Allow it to cool slightly.
  • In another bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the glaze. Adjust consistency by adding more milk for thinning or more powdered sugar for thickening.
  • Drizzle the vanilla glaze over the warm cinnamon-sugar pizza. Slice and serve while warm for the best texture and flavor. Enjoy!

Notes

For an extra special touch, top with cream cheese glaze, fresh fruit, or a scoop of ice cream. Enjoy experimenting with different toppings!
